All hands swinging on the halyards

A visit from friends turned into a nice sail out to Shackleford Banks, which is where it turned up a notch.

The anchor was dropped, the main halyard was disconnected, then Mom, Dad, and Daughters lost no time in adapting to life afloat

The the girls then showed how it's done.



The new moon current was ripping at almost 2kt
So you had to hang on to the ladder or you were
gonna be headed to Morehead City


I think the smiles say it all....
